Jakarta, 22 December 2009 – Norbert Vas, Vice President Sales & Marketing of Aston International, announced today that the company has been selected to develop and manage “The Taum Seminyak” a new 100 plus room designer luxury hotel in the midst of Bali’s famed Seminyak,
“This is an excellent opportunity for Aston’s first venture with a high end condotel type property into Seminyak” says Norbert Vas. “We are confident that The Taum will become one of Seminyak’s most popular hotels. Fact is that Seminyak, while offering several private villas and high end boutique resorts in the USD 250 to 400 ranges, has an acute undersupply problem for more reasonably priced but attractive resort style condominiums such as The Taum”.
The Taum, which is slated for completion in late 2010, will be a fully integrated resort consisting of 100 plus one, two and three bedroom resort condominiums, dedicated art space for regular exhibits, a generous outdoor pool, full service destination spa and an eclectic restaurant.
